Ferrarelle has teamed up with the association Slow Food® since Expo 2015, becoming the official water within their stand during the fair. By sharing the cultural values of food, attention to quality and respect for the environment, the partnership has become more and more committed over the years. We also joined our forces to nurture what makes the Italian gastronomic heritage iconic. First of all, supporting Pizza. Una grande tradizione italiana (Pizza. A great Italian tradition), the first Slow Food book dedicated to a food symbol of Italy. Then, promoting the executive Master of Pizza Culture, the first course giving a complete knowledge of science, culture and management related to pizza. Finally, Ferrarelle has hosted in its own Springs Park of Riardo the presentation of the Slow Food guide Osterie d’Italia 2018, awarding the famous snail to those restaurants who differentiated themselves year in terms of gastronomic authenticity, respect for the environment and hospitality.
